Documentation center - Next to the courtroom, on the right wing of the second floor, there is a computerized documentation center of the Brazilian electoral process. Through the digitalization of data and of iconographic material, researchers from anywhere in Brazil and in the world have access to the rich elections history and to tabulated information on voters number and elections results as well.

The cultural center will also have areas dedicated to shops, cafeteria and restaurant. This restaurant will be on the basement floor (in fact a semi-basement floor, as noticed) with natural light and will have an increased pier, so that air conditioning installation is possible and people transit is facilitated.
