ORGANIZATION CHART

The Superior Electoral Court (TSE) is composed by seven ministers: three from the Federal Supreme Court (STF), two from the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and two representatives from the class of jurists, i.e. attorneys of notorious legal knowledge and good reputation.
The Court's Presidency and Vice-presidency are held by ministers originally from the Federal Supreme Court, while the Electoral Inspector General position is filled by one of the ministers of the Superior Court of Justice.
Both the Secretariat General of the Presidency, which relies on the assistance of four advisory boards, and the Court's Secretariat, which counts with four advisory boards and seven secretariats, are linked to the Presidency.
There is also the Electoral Legal School, which is linked to the Court and aims at providing continuous or occasional education, upgrading and specialization to judges of the Electoral Justice, as well as other people interested in Electoral Law, recommended by public agencies and public and private organizations. |
