2003 Agreement.
Title: Complementary agreement to the agreement for technical cooperation between the Government of the Argentine Republic and the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil for the implementation of the electronic voting system in the Buenos Aires province.

Signature: The supplementary agreement was signed by Minister José Paulo Sepúlveda Pertence, President of the Brazilian Superior Electoral Court, as plenipotentiary, and by Mr. Rafael Bielsa, the Argentinean Minister of External Relations, as plenipotentiary.

Signature: The supplementary agreement was signed by the Brazilian Minister José Paulo Sepúlveda Pertence, as plenipotentiary, and by Ms. Ana Cafiero, as plenipotentiary, on behalf of the Republic Argentina.
Term: 1 year, renewable for equal periods.
